Tamarine is my favorite place for a mid-week evening out. I highly recommend the seared tuna salad. The fish is translucent pink with just a hint of sea flavor, and the dressing is a salty, citrus-y party in your mouth. Fried calamari is lightly salted and peppered, and not the slightest bit greasy. Try the rambutan martini for a tasty alcoholic accompaniment.
