I was a customer of this auto shop for quite sometime until I realize I am always asked that I need to change this or "the screws are so tight, i will still try to open it but if i break it, you will be responsible for the replacement"!
seriously, they are very good in repairs and telling you "this needs to be replaced... etc". so I went to a different local shop and they were able to unscrew the tight screw (i am not a car savy but it is somewhere the brake drum) and told me that, my brake pads are still okay.
another issue.. my radiator was leaking... paramount insisted to have it replaced. i know that already. i went back to the other local shop and charged me a lot cheaper thatn what paramount is asking.
yes, this is a nice place (wireless, TV, coffee) . but seriously, if i can get a service cheaper, friendlier and a lot more honest ... dont go here....
