I'm not a very big fan of PF Chang's. It's not bad, but it's not particularly good either. The food is ok, but I think it's a bit expensive.
I usually have the Kung Pao chicken which seems to have the most "taste" of anything on the menu. A lot of the other food is pretty bland for an Asian restaurant. I think they're trying too hard not to offend the typical wussy American palate. I don't like the slippery plastic chopsticks or the generic non-stick American style rice either.
I do have to give them props on the atmosphere though. It's a really nicely themed Asian restaurant.
For pretty much the same exact food at lower prices, find the nearest Pei Wei. Pei Wei is owned by the same company so they seem to use the same recipes.
