I received an arrangement of flowers from Owen's Florist and was unsatisfied with the condition of the flowers. I called and asked what could be done to make things right with about the flowers that were wilting. The person I spoke with was not very helpful nor very understanding about my complaint. In the end, a second smaller arrangement was sent out as a make up for the first one. The condition of that one was about the same as the first. I did not even bother calling and complaining that time. After that, I have not recommended them to anyone.
