I noticed when I was reading these reviews that a lot of people spoke negatively! Owen's Florist has been in business for well over 60 years, and I have been using them for 4 of those years with no issues. Sure everyone makes mistakes, but to have such a reputation as they do I recommend them over anyone in Fayetteville, NC! Sometimes people use the internet to vent, and their comments are more personal than true. Hands down! This is the place to go! more

Great Florist 5/23/2011

I needed flowers for my mom to cheer her up on the anniversary of my father's death. The girl that answered the phone was very nice and understood just what I was looking for within my price range. She was able to get it sent out that same day and when I got the call from my mother she was extremely happy with what she received. I could hear it in her voice that it had made her day! I would recommend Owen's to all my friends. more

Okay Service 8/16/2005

I received an arrangement of flowers from Owen's Florist and was unsatisfied with the condition of the flowers. I called and asked what could be done to make things right with about the flowers that were wilting. The person I spoke with was not very helpful nor very understanding about my complaint. In the end, a second smaller arrangement was sent out as a make up for the first one. The condition of that one was about the same as the first. I did not even bother calling and complaining that time. After that, I have not recommended them to anyone. more
