While my fiancee installed both these items himself, I was really charmed by the sales associate who went out of his way to answer our questions and point us in the right direction. I take my Toyota Corolla to Green's Toyota of Lexington for all my service needs: oil changes, belt replacements, any service requirements. They are friendly, professional and courteous. They also have a very large, comfortable waiting room, with cable tv, magazines, lots of seats, some tables, and a snack bar open at lunchtime, I believe. There are also snack and drink vending machines, and a children's play area (very family friendly!). I highly recommend Green's to anyone needing an automotive service provider for their Toyota vehicle. They are also a Toyota dealer, so you can buy a car there as well, if you are in the market for a Toyota vehicle.

For my last car I had to pick from a Jetta and a Civic. Boy was I wrong when I selected a Jetta. The service department at Don Jacobs was horrible and it was the only one within 1 1/2 hour drive so I was stuck. Any time you need something done to your car then you always had a wait. I don't mean a day. I mean it was several days before they could get you in. There was always something broken. I always left wondering if they had actually completed the repair. Many times I would come to pick up my car and there would be various spare parts side. Bolts and springs and such.
And they always left a stinky apple in the car. Ok fine thats really nice if it was placed in there right before you picked it up but for hours in the hot hot sun makes for a smelly stinky appley car.
Any time a service was suggested I felt like I was at McDonald's being asked if I wanted fries with that. Never felt as if it was an honest repair suggestion.

I prefer of mouth to just looking someone up in the yellow pages. Cockrell's Collision Repair was recommeneded to us by several friends. After several body repairs and several paint jobs, I am still very pleased with their services. One of my cars was red and very hard to match and they did a perfect job. You would never know that there had ever been a touch up
job.
The advisors that they have are great. One went above and beyond when an insurance agency gave me incorrect information to save themselves money.

The best new car buying experience we've ever had. Attentive and polite staff , they beat our Internet price and gave us a "cash back rebate". Once our sale was final the service department was great about warranty work, it was done quickly and with a smile. General service / maintenance to the car is also done quickly and to our satisfaction We also received thank you cards with coupons inside for about a year after purchase.

The service department at Glen Nissan leaves something to be desired to say the least.
Customer service is not a priorty, numbers are. They value quantity over quality of work. More than once I have had to return my car 2 or even 3 times to have the service competed correctly. I would highly reccomend using one of the other Nissan dealers in the area for any service or repair needs. Save yourself the headache and hassle of dealing with Glenns poor service.

Freedom Dodge can tell you what is wrong with your car but that comes with a steep price. Not only do they charge to look at the vehicle, their estimates are way too high. I took my car there to get a quote and then took it to another place to get it fixed because Freedom wanted to charge more than triple than that of the other shop. The service department seems to be very unprofessional as well.

I had always been satisfied with the quality of their work but today they lost a customer.
They damaged my vehicle and refused to accept responsibility and were very rude about it.

I took my car to Jazzy's to get it washed and detailed. I paid a fair amount of money for a crummy job. There were spots everyone, spots where it looked like it had not been washed. It was just a very poor job. I wonder if anyone looks at the jobs that the employees do or if they just let them do as they feel. I will never go back there again.
