Though the furnished studios are tiny, this is a clean, very pleasant place to live while searching for more permanent housing—available by the night, week, or month. While it’s a good deal smaller than any studio apartment you’re likely to rent for the price—about 160 square feet—it’s cheaper than staying at any other nice hotel for that long. (When my husband and I moved in, three months ago, it was $645 a month and now it’s $795, but I don’t know whether the rates have permanently gone up or are seasonal.) The tenants are friendly and the staff even friendlier, giving the place an almost communal feeling. Highly recommended for long-term temporary housing.
