I have taken my car to Rizzoli's for a long time whenever it needed repair. I like it because I am usually the one that has to take the car in and I feel that they are being honest with me and not trying to rip me off just because I am a woman (which I have seen other automotive repair shops do). I don't ever feel like they try to sell me extra parts or get me to have extra things done to my car. They are also pretty much always right on the money when it comes to their estimates.I have never had them give me an estimate and then charge me way over what the estimate was.
