Happy Garden is my first choice for Chinese delivery! I love their Pepper Steak with fried rice dinner combination! The food always arrives within a timely fashion and I've never had a bad meal from there! My husband loves the General Tso's Chicken over Lo Mein noodles. If you are new to Chinese, give one of these meals a try! If you prefer a little more spice, order the hot & spice beef!
