Walked in... two people at the front counter and no one greeted me. Walked around for about 15- 20 minutes and was never spoken to. Several nail techs passed-- nothing. The guy who was behind the counter when I first walked in--- followed me around, basically but never spoke.
I was really offended by the lack of customer service in this beauty supply store. I will never visit again.
