My daughter recently bought a captain style bed with high end mattress. They sold her a 10" riser to go under it charging another $400. The people installing it said it wasn't necessary but she could return it within 7 days if it was to tall. Well the daughter is only 5'1'' and the bed was nearly as tall as she was. She has arthritis and neuropathy and is not safe for her to go up and down stairs to get into her bed. She called the next day to get them to take it back and was told they could not take it back as she bought it more than 7 days ago. She had but that is not what they told her. She was also told the bed might not be ready the day she wanted it delivered which was a week later. We had to remove the riser to make it safe for her and store it now since they will not take it back. The table she bought had to be taken back as one corner was broken and the second one we got was the same so another trip to return it. Bad company to deal with since they do not stand behind what is told to the customer. In my estimation they should have never sold her the riser in the first place seeing her height. Angry, will never buy anything else there and neither will any of our friends.
