No matter what day of the week, there is always a large crowd and longish wait for dinner (don't know about lunch). Of course, it's conveniently located next to Lowes, a hotel, and many other shops, so their location is great. Is it worth the wait? It's not that great, but it's just so darned convenient. The service is pretty good, though often a bit overwhelmed. They have this new "make at your table" guacamole ("Guacomole Live!): it looks good (and then you can leave out ingredients you don't like), but it really doesn't seem the $7.49 price tag is justified (regular is $3.99). They do keep the chips and salsa flowing. The drink menu isn't too creative, but the drinks are okay. The food is good quality in general, and the portions are about what you would expect. The place is very loud, but it's appropriate for the type of place.
