I have been to this repair location several times to get my 2001 Jetta fixed. (and I do mean fixed, the car was in the shop 10 times in 1 year for windows.) The employees have been consistently rude to me, to the point where I drive out of my way to not go there for any type of work at all. My car has 35,000 miles on it, and it is now pushing 6 years old. I do not drive much .When my brakes needed replacement after 15,000 miles, I questioned the repair—to which they responded—Maybe it’s the way you drive. They are expensive on top of it all.
