They offer great repair work for all GM cars. The atmosphere and enviroment is great and they really treat you with respect. Their pricing for the repairs is a bit pricey however the parts and service are above average so it is definitely worth the added cost.
To play devils advocate however I have a friend who went there and had a few bad experiences.

I bought my car from Bud Kouts Chevrolet a few years ago I was very pleased with my purchase. I usually take my car for repairs to other mechanics in town but I loved the customer service I received so well that I keep going back for my repairs. They are great people to get your car from.

I went here looking for a used car and they really helped me alot. They didnt try to push me into more than I needed and they really dedicated alot of time to me and my questions considering that I was not in the market for a large purchase. The selection of cars here both new and used is excellent, and the rebates and incentives here are usually way better than other local dealerships.

After much shopping around for a car this summer, this dealership came through for us. They gave us the same price as another dealership had quoted (we'd shopped around online for the best deal we could get) and treated us with courtesy and respect. Our salesman, Lance, was the best. He even checks in on us when we go in for oil changes! (and they give customers who purchased from them a big discount for those, too)
We will definitely be going back when we purchase our next vehicle.

We're a Chevy family, and have bought 6 of 'em there (and we own them a long time before trading in, so have a long history). They have always taken good care of us -- good deals, help locating what we want/need, great when any recall or warranty work. Admit I don't get regular maintenance done there because of cost--they're not worse than other dealers, just I can't afford dealer prices for that.

Crippen Auto Mall is by far the best Dealer and Serivce in the 36 years of buying vehicles and obtaining service. They have always done exactly what they say they will and with perfection. I support this dealer and service department with the same honesty and integrity that they display all the time. In fact, come see the Great Deals on June 20th, 2009. I really liked the people who worked there, they were not pushy like some car dealerships can be. They really made me feel comfortable when talking to them. However the incentives and prices they had werent as great as some of the other local dealers, so you should shop around before committing to buy a car from here.

I went here looking for a used car. The staff here was very knowledgable but however they seemed to keep wanting to push me into buying a higher end car than what I was looking for. Overall the experience wasnt bad but I felt that I didnt get all my questions answered since they kept trying to push me in the same direction.
