The Children's Place located in the Tanger outlet mall, in the left section of the outlet shops in Howell on Burkhart Road. This store has dirt bottom prices for children's clothing. The frequently send you percentage off coupons on there already low prices. I have found shirts & pants for $.99, then there's the surprise ring ups where it's cheaper than what the tag said....bonus! The only downfall is that I find some of the outlet clothing to run a bit small & the store is always packed with kids, strollers & savvy parents.
