Carlos O'Kelly is a good Mexican restaurant located in Fairfax, VA. It is completely kid friendly and even offers non-Mexican foods for children, such as pizza, fries, etc ... The food is a very good value, and some of the larger platters are big enough to share. The margaritas are very good, especially when ordering with top shelf alcohol. Our favorite appetizer is the shredded beef quesedilla and we love to dine on the chicken burro dinner. The service is always polite and quick. There is also a nice outside eating area, that is perfect for nice warm nights. Enjoy. We go about once a month.
