Can I give a no star rating? Negative stars? One year of frustration, non-returned phone calls, repair no-shows, and I still have a Kitchenaid appliance that is dead and worked for only 2 weeks of the last year. I did business with Jarvis for over 30 years, but they are no longer the same company - and especially not the same service. I used to think the personal service was worth a little more than the big box stores. No longer. Sad, but true
