I've had the unfortunate experience of visiting Hayes Green Beach Hospital in the past, and I will never make that mistake again. In short, they almost killed me by missing a critical condition. Luckily, I went to another hospital the next day, and they admitted me.
Anyone I have ever talked with about this hospital, hates it. The doctors in the ER are a bunch of quacks just out to make a buck.
If you're ill enough for the hospital, take the time and go into Eaton Rapids or Lansing. Your life may depend on it.
