great cuts and foils

I love this place and go to their salon in Pioneer Square or Mercer Island. You can get great cuts and color from their proteges at a very low price OR you can get the services from their master stylists. Anyway, I've been going to them for cuts, colors and occasional foils for 2 years, and have always been pleased.
