Had to return washer(s) to this store until I got one that worked well and did not have mechanical problems out of the box..not Best Buy problems manufacturer problems..and Best Buy accommodated me with every one, never a hassle of any kind! We have purchased computers, tvs, phones you name it and have been very happy with all sales.. love their price match guarantee too... as hard as it is for a large electronics store to survive they must be doing something right!
