My brand new couch, bought only 3 months ago, is ripping at the seams. I called Art Van and was told I needed to contact another department where I was then told that my couch wasn't covered by a warranty and without one they do not guarantee their products past 30 days. Real nice!
I have 2 other pieces from them which I had planned to buy - there's other stores that can sell them to me. Shouldn't a store stand behind their products and at least make some effort? I think so! This store FAILED!
