Westroads is one of the best malls in Omaha, but I suppose with only 3 malls to choose from - that isn't hard. Still - it probably ranks 2nd. It doesn't have the biggest selection of stores, but it is easy to find the store that you are looking for and there are a few cute stores such as Build A Bear. They also have a lower level where dads can take the kids to play while mom shops - which leads to a winning situation for everyone!
