Beware! You should take a picture of the shoes you bring in as proof of what they looked like before the repair. I took in a pair of brand new boots that needed the heel reinforced. They had never been worn outside. I got them back and they look awful. There is a small tear in the leather and the leather on both the boots was banged up and marked up. They denied they did it and made no attempt to right the situation. I am very upset as these boots were very expensive. I will never use them again and you should be careful about what you bring to them. They are not honest.
