I find this place to be slightly better than average, but certainly not the best "yum cha" place in town. The outside decor is tastefully done, and the staircase leading up to the joint is a nice touch.
The food is what you'd expect from this type of establishment. It's not spectacular, but still rather tasty. The prices are reasonable, about the same as you would pay at any other "dim sum" hall of similar size and scope.
As for the cons, the parking is an absolute mess, and the clientele here is not exactly the most civilized to put it nicely. I thought this was supposed to be a Chinese restaurant. Why are there so many Vietnam people in there?! Unruly kids run rampant and people talk loudly, often cutting in line to grab food instead of waiting for the cart to arrive at their table.
I prefer the Cupertino Vallco Mall location much more. The patrons are of an exponentially higher class (in terms of behavior, not monetary), and although the outside is unassuming, once you step foot into the door, the interior design is sure to impress.
