One of my family members birthdays falls very close to two major events for cookie cottage. I ordered a gift box of cookies and all the cookies were wrong as well as the balloon was pink with pink ribbon and the recipient was male. I called after hearing about this (it was delivered) and they redelivered the cookies and made things right with me. My family has been faithful cookie cottage followers for over ten years now and every cookie is as good as the last! Though at crucial holiday and special event times they are a bit frazzled, they run a smooth operation 99% of the time and the workers are so friendly! Definitely worth the extra cost for these cookies!
