I thought that BC was the best-- a rare reasonably priced resale shop with good selection. I'm over it. If you're selling, they're snobby, but they will go ahead and donate the stuff they don't want, which is useful since donating clothes can actually be kind of difficult here... there are some good finds, but also a lot of H&M clothes from last season priced at probably more than they were at H&M. I appreciate what they're doing, I just wish they could do it with less 'tude.
