Gadaleto's is the best seafood restaurant in New Paltz.) (Of course, it may be the only one). But notwithstanding, it's really very good. The restaurant is small, so you may want to make a reservation, and it's not inexpensive, but it's definitely worth it. And Gadaleto's also has a fish market, so you can attempt to recreate the great dinner you just had!
