We stumbled upon South Willow Animal Hospital when we first moved to New Hampshire with one of our dogs in need of a follow-up shot within a week of the move. We made a few phone calls through the yellow pages and they had the earliest appointment available. We have since returned with our other dog and kitten. The vets are great and the dogs have had a great time with each visit. The really care for their well-being and keeping them happy. I'm expecting another great visit in a few weeks with our next appointment!

I only saw this Doctor twice so far about my daughter's condition. Both times I felt that he's genuinely concerned, enthusiatic to help making my daughter feel comfortable and also empathic in parents' point of view- promising us to assist in trying to narrow down the culprit of my child's health condition. It may be too early to say this, but so far I am happy to have found this doctor.

I recently moved to Manchester, and of course, it was right when I needed my annual exam. A coworker recommended a Dr. at this location. My first visit was super-comfortable, and I can't usually say that about these type appointments! I was totally at ease, and being at ease makes everything more comfortable. I have since returned for a number of appointments and I really don't mind going at all. The staff is very friendly and the waiting room is inviting - although, I've hardly had much of a wait. I have had a few insurance issues during the past months, and they've been very helpful directing me through the steps to dealing with my insurance company. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an ob/gyn.

I love this place. Everyone who works here is competent and caring. Every other practice I've been to barely listened to me and I could tell they judged me greatly for who I am. At Jeffries Family Medicine I finally found a place that was open and educational. They spoke to me as a person and when I shared that I hadn't done a procedure before and was nervous, one of the nurses walked me through the whole thing and asked me how I was doing.
The waiting room is modest and nice. The bookshelf is a great resource for any questions you may have or any curiosities that may drive you to flip through a chapter. There are toys and kids books to keep young people entertained. It is obvious that this practice isn't making bank- there are no flat screen plasma tvs showing the same recording of the ocean for 10 hours non stop- however, this makes me more comfortable. It is obvious that the money being spent is used on resources for practitioners and patients. Educational pamphlets, hands on dioramas and the like for the exam rooms are way more important than a plastic bubbling water fountain.
All of the assistants are very skilled and fantastic, however if you want to meet with Dr. Jefferies in particular, make sure you either call between 8 and 9ish, or tell the assistant that you want to see her specifically.
Honesty is key here as well. You have to be honest, straightforward and a great advocate for your health and they will give you all the honesty and help you ask for back.
I highly recommend this place.

I really like Merrimack Vision Care because they have wonderful turn around times for classes and contacts. I like the personal attention and the free contact solution is also a money saver. They take most insurances and will work out payments if you need assistance.

Every time I need to make an appointment, they always work with my schedule. The customer service reps/sales people are really nice, too. Prices of glasses are a bit higher than large chains, but you have to expect that. They are more than willing to work with you to get you what you need. Glasses are usually ready either that day, or within a few days if you need something specific done that they can not do in the office.

I needed some dental work done, and couldn't afford to pay for it all at once. I had been to Dr. Vachons office before for a cleaning so I called him to find out what I should do. He joined a program called Care Credit so that I could get the work done that I needed and I could make payments each month that I could afford. I thought that he really went the extra mile for his patients.
