Not only are the salespeople great, but so are the administrative staff. If your agent is not vailable, they will do whatever it takes to help you until they are available! Great place to use when buying or selling a home! It makes the process so much easier when you have a good realtor on your side!

We stumbled upon Exit Avenue through recommendations from our broker. We knew wanted a house, we knew what we could afford, and we knew we could get more for our money in New Hampshire over Massachusetts. We came for a meeting with George Bisson of Exit to see what houses we could think about. We had certain houses in mind that George took us to see, only to be disappointed (he warned us). He then took us to a house he thought we would like just from talking to us. We weren't interested with the online info we saw, but went anyway. George figured us out before we even did - he took us to the house of our dreams and we put an offer down right then! We thank Exit for getting us into our Dream House.

For the money, it's a decent deal. They are one of the cheapest apartments around! But, there are a few downfalls- parking in the winter when plowing is a BIG PAIN, and the safety aspect is deminishing. Due to the low cost of the apartments, the quality of people living there is definitely decreasing. Recently, there have been slashed car tires, and broken car windows. If you can deal with that, you've got yourself a nice apartment!
