My car was recently damaged by hail, so I took it into Beartown for an estimate. The owner did the estimate while I waited and was very polite. He gave me a written estimate and said he would take care of contacting my insurance company and faxing them a copy of the estimate. They were able to get my car in that same week and had it back to me by the end of the day. The staff there is very professional and my car looked great both inside and out when I picked it up. I would definitely recommend them for any body work or basic repairs that you need. I didn't even need to deal with my insurance company, as Beartown took care of everything for me.
