We purchased our home through Prosperity Realty using Patrick. The experience was excellent and the services and aid provided by Patrick were outstanding. At no point were pressure tactics used in trying to persuade us to purchase one piece of properity over the other. Once a property was selected he was very thorough in explaining all the steps we were going through from inspections to closing. After the purchase he has been in touch with us and we have been able to contact him in regards to contractors we have needed. He also provides referal bonuses which is a nice perk. I would highly recommend going through this realty company.
