It's a nice restaurant, but service is rather slow. The food is good. The environment and atmosphere is pretty good. It has a great location at Newbury Street. It's very popular, but you don't get enough attention to get service until you stop them. They don't fill your glasses with water unless you ask them to. I had my birthday there. My friend brought a cake and asked them to slice it up. They charge you $10 for slicing the cake. My overall experience there is so-so. If you're just going for only the food, it's a good place. If you're impatient like me, it's not so great.
