Pave specializes in custom jewelry design, and there work is exquisite. They begin by doing a drawing of the work for you, and then you work through each stage of the design with them. They did my engagement ring (has filligree, antique-look) and I was really, really pleased. They are also unpretentious and not snobby the way I found some other jewelers I considered.
