We had bought a new vehicle in 2007. I have done research before I had gone to them and they gave e a honest deal. They also gave me more for my trade in then the blue book suggest. My trade in was in very bad condition and they did not sell it because it was not up to their standards

When I first bought my truck from Horizon about 6 years ago I had a great experience. So much so that my dad also bought a truck that same night. They stayed open late on a holiday and the salesperson was amazing! It was my first new car and I was very impressed.
Since then I have been underwhelmed by the service that I have received from the dealership. The service representative never seemed to take me seriously when I brought my truck in for repairs.
Once I was overcharged for a service and dealing with the comptrollers was an absolute nightmare. She was rude and completely out of line, to the point where I have the branch manager's direct phone number now.
The receptionists over the phone are not always the most effective - I have been accidently hung up on 3 times in one phone call when she was trying to transfer my call.
One day I can call the service department and ask a question on how to repair something myself and in 5 minutes they can talk me through it over the phone. Another day they tell me that it is impossible to fix over the phone, that I would need to bring it in so they can take a look at it and then advise how it can be fixed.
Even after all of this, I may still purchase another car from this dealer, I just would not recommend dealing with anyone else in the dealership.

Looking for a SUV, I was looking at a Mercedes ML500 and decided to look into MB of Naperville. I really liked their showroom and the way the salesman was very helpful in helping me build a car. They had a good selection but they didn't have the color and options I was looking for so he was able to look into their database and found a car from another dealership. I decided to order one and the dealer had an allocation slot for that month and the car took 3 months to be built and shipped over from Germany.

On a road trip, we inadvertantly struck, or were struck by, a deer. It did a lot of damage. I had never been here before, but my insurance company referred us here. They did a great job. You know how sometimes after an accident, the car never seems the same. That wasn't the case here. The folks fixed our car up as good as new. What a relief and what a comfort to know where to go.

He doesn’t charge much and takes time to explain the problems and the possible solutions with cars. The car is delivered back always on the scheduled time. He gives guarantee on his repairs so you can take the car back in case anything goes wrong.
