The Starbucks Coffee in downtown Naperville is perfectly situated for a Saturday afternoon stroll through town. Service is speedy, and there is just enough local hustle and bustle to keep employees on their toes. Pastries and baked goods are overpriced, but tasty. Try their seasonal beverages-- nothing beats a Pumpkin Spice latte and casual window shopping along the Riverwalk in early October.

I wish they had a drive thru but they are worth going in for! This location always has great music and a fun atmosphere. The staff is friendly and sometimes has samples! They make the customer their priority.

If you want to feel relaxed and enjoy your free time, then I would recommend going to this Starbucks, as their atmosphere is calming, is also conveniently located downtown Naperville, so if you feel like taking a walk afterwards you could do that and no matter what I order, their coffee is always refreshing.

I must say I was not a Starbucks fan. I have tasted their product before and was not impressed. I with to a store with a friend and had a dark roast black cup of coffee and a apple fritter. The fritter was great and the coffee went with it well. The workers were the friendliest I have ever seen in any business. They knew my friend by name and seemed very interested in me as well.
For a great time and a good cup of JO, check out this Starbucks!

I drink coffee very frequently, and overall I am pleased with this chain. However, I visited this particular coffee shop several times over the last year, and will not go there again.
On one occasion, they used wrong milk on my drink.
On another occasion, they made the wrong size of my drink and forgot to put whip cream on it.
On the last occasion (May 2005), I was meeting a friend in that shop. We planned to stay and talk, so we ordered our drinks in mugs. Well, the mugs were not washed from soap, I could see the soap stains on the outside. I returned both coffees. I have to say that they offered to make me new coffee drinks of my choice as a replacement, but I refused and opted for a money refund instead.
From then on, I avoid this particular shop. I go to the Fox Valley shop instead.

This sandwich and coffee shop specializes in organic foods and healthy fare. My wife and I tried this place out but were overall less than thrilled with the quality of food and service. You order your food at the counter and they bring it out to you, but we had to remind the employee several times about my wife's iced coffee. The food is okay, but a little too overpriced for what it delivers.
