The Church Street Tavern is an overwhelmingly average place to eat. In terms of food quality it's reliable and the burgers are pretty good, but it's got a great location on Church St. to watch passerbys, and good prices for a sunny lunch on the patio. Overall it's a straightforward place, nothing to go out of your way for, but nothing to be avoided either.
