I came to Waco from Florida to attend Baylor University. I like going to local independent barbers. I did a little hunting around and came across Tito. The first time I went their to get a hair cut I was a bit nervous because I was just changing barbers. I gave him an old picture what I wanted my hair to look like and he said "I got you covered." I still did not trust those words. But as he was finishing up, he was doing a great job-just perfect. I went a month later and he remembered the way I wanted my haircut and I did not even have to say anything. I have being going to Tito's ever since then.
