I have been to Luluc for breakfast, lunch and dinner and every meal I've ever eaten there has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive (and sympathetic when you're braving the long lines for Sunday brunch), the food comes quickly and is always impeccable. They've got the best pancakes I've ever tasted -- a sort of flapjack-crepe hybrid garnished with fresh berries and sugar. During the day the large front windows let in lots of sun -- at night the place comes to life by candlelight. All in all, a great little place, perfect for small groups or dates. During the summer there is outdoor garden seating. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for a table on Sunday mornings (though the pancakes are worth it, I swear).
