My parents had to get the tile in their house replaced after a flooding incident and used Ramey Rug for the job. The boss at the store was very nice but the tile installation people were awful. It took them a full month to remove and replace about 1600 square feet of tile and half of the old tile was loose to start with. The crew did not show up until late morning and left by early afternoon most days. They made a mess in the back yard where they cut the tile and left scrap laying everywhere throughout the job. They also left the house open with the air conditioning running and used my parents tools and towels for cleaning up.
