Last week I had the opportunity to dine at the Teapot Vegetarian House. The Teapot is located on 15th Ave E adjacent to the 7-eleven.
Upon entering the restaurant you are greeted by a serene and inviting atmosphere. The walls are decorated with local artwork. An attentive wait staff quickly seats you.
I had the opportunity to try a variety of dishes for lunch. I recommend the Mongolian Vegetarian. This dish has a good assortment of vegetables including lotus root and a rather tasty sauce.
I would stay clear of any of the fried or battered tofu dishes. The batter tends to be quite thick and you end up eating more greasy batter than tofu.
Prices are a little much for lunch but portions are good.
