10th Avenue Salon is on Judah at 10th Avenue. Chris is the stylist and he gives great haircuts at affordable prices ($28 as of 1/07). He washes your hair not once but twice (before and after the cut) and he really takes his time. I moved away from the Sunset and still drive out there. Highly recommended.
