Oh man, this is the most horrible restaurant I have ever tried!!! I don't think they are qualify for a one star rating!!! Please do no go there!! This is what happened to me today...the overall service has made us feel unsatisfactory, we order a hot water and the waiter brought the hot water in a glass water cup with two tea spoons in it, which we felt it was very awkward, and the waiter responded to us "that way the glas won't brake" Aren't they supposed to bring the hot water in a mug instead of a glass?. Another discomfort incident happened when we ask for extra plates so we can share our dishes, and the waiter replied to us "usually we extra charge for additional plates because we have to wash them". That comment has caused us very uncomfortable. Lastly they charged us 17% gratuity wthout our consent because we tried to use a coupon and he also added a comment that because we were sit in a 6 people table. What do you guys think??? Is this fair?
