Good: the door on the way out. Bad: nothing. Improvements: have someone nearby to explain to Lily what a customer means when they say "Not Short." She does not get it at all. And yes Lily, I still hate what you did to my once nice hair & yes, you can give me my money back. My family was shocked at my appearance.. Other: Please believe the negative reviews you read about the salon. I did not and gave it a chance. I have been upset since the haircut by Lily and how horrible it looks. She knows I hate what she did and she just laughed and said I would like it in 2 or 3 months. Keep your distance...this salon & Lily's reviews are truthful - I think family members wrote Lily's..
