No advice and help for 700$

I brought my 6 year Golden Retriever. She was sick and could not get up on her legs. I was advised to pay 1200$ for tests, after negotiation I paid 700$ and after tests were done she said that test are OK and she does not know what to do. No medications , no advise, nothing at all. I am shocked.
