They went above and beyond to install a water heater. However, I found out afterwards that the issue could have been repaired for a lot less than the $1600 it cost for new one. On another occasion they charged over $400 to reset a toilet and replace the valve and flapper. Plus, I don't think their Service Partner Plan Membership saves you anything, it's just another $120 bucks down the drain (pun intended)!
