We rented a mini van for 4 1/2 days in Orlando, Fl. We were very pleased with the car - comfortable, new and a good ride. We got a very good price too. The only problem - when we returned the car, they charged us for gas ($40. plus) and shouldn't have because we had filled the tank before returning the car. I didn't notice the charge until we arrived home. I called the 800 number right away and the customer service rep listened to my problem, asked if I had the gas receipt (I do) and she said she would credit our charge card for the incorrect gas charge. I asked if she needed a copy of my receipt and she said no, she would just credit the charge. I appreciate the customer service very much and will continue to use Alamo whenever I need a rental car.
