Carpet Giant greeted my a the door greated me at the door and pointed me in the right direction so they didn't hover over me. They gave me space to look around. If I had questions they answered them. What impressed me the most was when I oordered the carpeting, I decided I wanted a runner to match. It's a twenty to twenty-five minute drive from where I'm from to get to Carpet Giant but I didn't have to come back out. They had one of their workers, who lived closer to me, come by on her way to work to measure and give her suggestions. That was very gracious and answered my questions anytime. I've dealt with them and it's been a pleasant experience.
