I came in on the recommendation of a friend, after being somewhat disenchanted with the service at another facillity I had used for years. Sticklers handled my car diagnostics and repair in a very timely manner, kept me in the loop, and was very honest in their communication, striving to keep the repair price fair and reasonable.
