The technician from Texas Overhead Door was very knowledgeable. My garage door had some problems where the light wouldn't come on, I couldn't open it from the inside and the remote didn't work.
They had some services available that were a little higher than I wanted to pay, but he let me know what would best for me, which wasn't the highest priced service. He gave me options, and I really liked that. Usually places just charge you the highest service.
He put in a new motor, gave me a new remote and programmed the door to open for my vehicle, which I didn't have before. He didn't just come and replace a panel. He showed me what was wrong and what he was doing. He really went above and beyond!
He could have done the more expensive service, but he gave me my options. I was very impressed with that. It was a truly fantastic experience!
