This dentist is a scam she has not the first clue anout her perfession! First she failed to make sure there was no infection present and continued with a root canal and a bridge that ended with my daughter having a infection pocket that infected her ear neck and mouth which caused us to have to seek medical help for and when brought to the dentist attition more than once she refused to correct her mistake only after threating her with a lawsuit did she do so Now the island dental astablishment has refused to turn over my daughters records and is threating to sue her for posting a bad review of them on there web site telling her to have her attorney contact theres but refuses to give her attorneys information so i am taking it upon myself to file a complaint with the board of denistry in austin texas and most definatly talking to my attorney as well every proceder done by this dentist to my daughters teeth have left my daughters mouth a mess and constantly sore and are left to find another dentist to try and fix it and further more it has been brought to my after speaking with the office manager on 1-8-13 they have been billing my daughters medical card and never once used my private insurance wich should have been billed first that they have had copies of since 2012 so now im left to contact the state of texas and inform them of this so i dont end up in some sort of trouble! In all this dentist office is more trouble than there worth if you look on there web page you will find other people have had bad work done by them as well
